CKDA now, are operating on the main fields here bellow:

I. Manufacturing.

We are proud of being the leading manufacturer, supplier for the following main group of products:

1. Product group of foundry (since 1989).

On this production field, we manufacture grinding media (balls and cyped), grinder material, wearing and impacting resistant alloy, heat resistant alloy and various spare parts made of casting steel alloy, casting iron alloy or other specific materials to serve for the industries of cement, mines, coal-fired power plant, chemical fertilizer,…

Presently, with this product group we sell around 8000 tons/year for domestic market and exporting over 4000 tons/year. Grow rate: 15 – 20%/year.

Major exporting products are grinding ball; spare parts for cement factory; valve bodies for oil and petrochemical industry; wearing parts for construction vehicles.

2. Product group of space frame (Since 2001).

These products often used in constructing public projects and industrial houses where need large span but without column such as: Sport complex, stadium, super market, plant, etc...

Up to now, we - the unique manufacturer in Vietnam invested complete and modern equipment of Germany to manufacture space frame with ball node design according to Europe’s standard.

Currently, we shared about 90% the domestic market and initially assert brand name in oversea market. CKDA exported the first orders of space frame to UAE and

and in negotiating some other projects in Middle East Asia and Africa.

3. Product group of Aluminum Profile (Extrusion) – (Since 2005).

These products often used in constructing high building (architecture purpose), household furniture and parts for machine or industries of ship building, automobile and other industries.. These products are extruded by the modern press equipment system imported from leading manufacturer in the World. After extrusion, the products will be treated surface by Anodizing and/or Electrostatic painting and/or E.D coating and/or film covering. The products reach to European standard with the economic and effectiveness.

4. Other products.

We also manufacture other products such as mould for aluminum extrusion, foundry & plastic industry.

Besides traditional products, we always try to innovate in both sectors technology and man to make more and more news products satisfying our customer’s requirements: valve, body valve, snow shoe plow, norcan furnace,…

II. Trading.

1. We specialize in supplying variety of materials and equipments serve for the industries of foundry and aluminum such as: kind of ferrous ( ferrochrome, ferromanganese, ferrotitanium, ferrosilicon, ferromolybdenum,..), non-ferrous (nickel), aluminum (billet, round), equipments ( heat-treatment line,..)

2. We do trade imported product for cement industry, trading petrol & oil...

III. Investing & developing industrial zone.

We has joint venture with SUMITOMO corporation (Japan) (Capital rate 48/52) to set up Thang Long Industrial Park (TLip) at Hanoi – one of the successful industrial zone in Vietnam.

1963 Established and merged with fixing workshop of mechanical implement Company as the name of DONG ANH MECHANICAL ARCHITECTURAL FACTORY.

1974 Renamed as Dong Anh Construction and Mechanics Company. Repairing and overhauling automobile, construction equipment

1989 Renamed as Dong Anh Mechanical and Automobile overhaul Company. Started to produce foundry products.

1995 Renamed as Dong Anh Mechanical Company.

1997 Jointed venture with SUMITOMO corporation (

1998 Invested the automatic foundry line and green sand mould without box technology of DISAMATIC (Denmark) with capacity over 10.000tons/year to produce grinding media and various of small spare part. Beside, we set up a complete & modern laboratory centre for testing and controlling of quality reaching international standard.

2000 Equipped an automatic heat treatment line with capacity up from 10.000 to 15.000tons of products per year controlling temperature by computer program.

2001 Started the group of space frame product with modern production line (from

Germany

) in the world and exclusive production in

Viet Nam

Beside, the company also owns a machining workshop with complete & modern equipments (CNC equipments)

In 2001, the company registered the Band name (Chat luong-Quality, Kinh te- Economical, Dung han-On time, An tam-Perfect service). CKDA become the pride and slogan for all staffs of the company.

End of 2004, Established Aluminum extrusion factory with modern technology and large scale in Viet Nam. September of 2006, Set up a center of Research and Development.

February, 2008 Invested new continuous heat treatment line, quenching by oil to improve quality of grinding ball with capacity 9000 tons per year.

March, 2014 CKDA become Joint Stock company with new name: DONGANH LICOGI MECHANICAL JOINT STOCK COMPANY.
